In individual employment law, RPS Stahmer supports employers, board members, managing directors and employees in all employment law matters, including the drafting of employment, termination and settlement agreements and other contracts relating to employment law. We also advise and represent employers, board members of legal entities and employees with regard to dismissal protection law, in particular with regard to termination and change notices. We support employers in drafting part-time and fixed-term contracts and advise employees on their rights in this area.
