PATRICIA CANTU CABADA

Born and raised in Mexico, she studied law at the University of Hamburg. After passing her first state examination, she worked in the field of occupational pensions at a large insurance company. There, she gained insight into this area at the interface of labor law, social security law, and occupational practice. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Rostock Higher Regional Court at various authorities and courts, further specializing in labor law.

Ms. Cantu advises and represents clients in labor law with a particular focus on economic contexts and practice-oriented solutions.

  • Drafting of service, employment and termination agreements as well as other contracts and agreements relating to employment law
  • Drafting and negotiating works agreements
  • Advising and representing in works constitution law matters (e.g., protection against dismissal, parental leave, employment references)
  • Non-competition clauses
  • Labor migration (employment of foreign skilled workers, right of residence)
  • Data protection and equal treatment in the workplace
